- Distribution Centers: Orders are dispatched from distribution center in Istanbul, Türkiye.
- Shipping Rates:
For orders under $450 USD: Shipping fee $45 USD
For orders over $450 USD: Free shipping to
Australia, Bahrain, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Kuwait, Netherlands, New Zealand, Qatar, Spain, Switzerland, UAE (United Arab Emirates), UK (United Kingdom), USA (United States of America)

Lost Items Policies
What We Cover
- Packages Presumed Lost: An item is considered “lost” if it is never reported as “delivered.” A claim must be filed within 30 days of the last tracking update.
- Partial Deliveries: If an order is shipped in multiple packages and any package(s) do not arrive within 25 business days, those undelivered package(s) will be considered “lost.” A claim must be filed within 30 days of the last tracking update.
What We Don’t Cover
- Invalid Addresses: Packages are not considered lost if the address was incorrect or undeliverable.
- Pre-shipment Status: Items marked as “pre-shipment” or “label created” are not considered lost.

Orders stuck in customs:
Shipments delayed in customs due to incomplete paperwork, unpaid duties/taxes, or prohibited items are not considered lost. Customers must resolve these issues directly with their local customs agency.
For replacement orders we send (due to our error), if delayed because of unpaid fees caused by our documentation mistakes, we will cover the customs fees. All other customs fees, including import taxes or fees resulting from the customer's local regulations, are the customer's responsibility.

Orders stuck in customs:
- Orders Seized by Law Enforcement: We will not consider a package “lost” if the order is seized and confiscated by federal or local law enforcement for any reason, including suspicion of illegal substances, counterfeit goods, or prohibited items. Please contact the shipping carrier for more information. If you believe the package was seized in error, you may also appeal the seizure with law enforcement.
