What is Covered:

This guarantee covers the colorfastness of my handmade artworks, including Iznik ceramics, Turkish tiles, and Iznik plates. I guarantee that the vibrant colors of your piece will not fade or discolor under normal use.

What is NOT Covered:

This guarantee does not cover breakage due to impact, dropping, or other physical damage.

This guarantee does not cover natural hairline cracks. These unique marks are inherent to, or may develop over time in, the ceramic material due to the firing process. While they sometimes may not appear at all, such hairline cracks are a normal characteristic of traditional Iznik ceramics and wares and do not affect the structural integrity or beauty of the piece.
